Comic Stores Should Be Good - Big Monkey Comics
I am always pleased to tell you folks about good comic-related things (and also creepy Rom-related things), so with great fanfare, I give you fine folks - Big Monkey Comics!
It is a pair of stores (a mini-chain, if you will, or rather, a burgeoning comic store empire) by Scipio and Devon.

I stopped by the BMC in Georgetown, since it's about a mile and a half from Beautiful Jerkwater Estates. Nice store. Very nice. Clean, well-lit, good selection of comics and related paraphenelia. The Magneto helmet was particularly funny.
(Man, the blog-o-sphere sure is pimpin' it, too. CSBG, Dave's Long Box, and a few others mentioned it very recently.)
Behind the register that night was Devon of the blog "Seven Hells." Good guy.
Parking is a bit of a chore and traffic can be knotty. But it's Georgetown. You gotta expect that.
I was high on PCP.
